About The Position

Plus Relocation is seeking a hands-on Microsoft administrator to own the identity lifecycle across on-premises Active Directory and Entra ID, administer Microsoft 365, and manage Windows endpoints. The role includes improving automation, security, and the employee technology experience, while providing technical support to local, US-based, and global employees. It is a hybrid position based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The administrator will manage identity access and lifecycle processes, Group Policy, Microsoft 365 services, and endpoint configuration and deployment. The role also builds and documents PowerShell and Microsoft Graph automations and partners with Security and Compliance on identity security, data deletion, audits, and responsible use of approved AI tools. The position offers an annual base salary of $84,000–$105,000, depending on qualifications. The company describes a potential progression from identity, Microsoft administration, and endpoint ownership in Year 1 to automation and technical project leadership in Year 2, with a potential Senior Systems and Automation Engineer path in Year 3. Progression depends on demonstrated capability and business needs.
