About The Position
This 100% field-based role manages the physical health and rentability of a micromobility fleet across partner station locations. The specialist travels a defined route among stations during each shift and ensures stations within the assigned territory meet operational standards. The role starts part-time, with a stated path to full-time as the company expands its San Francisco footprint.
Responsibilities
- Visit partner stations on a set schedule and ensure each area is tidy and vehicles are clean.
- Perform basic safety checks on vehicles at each visited micromobility station and report issues.
- Use the internal app to check battery levels, run rentability tests, and make simple digital updates.
- Move nearby vehicles back to their home stations and ensure they are docked correctly for charging.
- Report accurate inventory for each station.
- Communicate progress and provide reports on bike and station status after each visit.
