About The Position
The Mgr District CXPC manages Customer Pickup Coordination (CPC) teams within a FedEx Ground geographic district to achieve CPC organizational goals. The role executes the CPC Organizational Change Management plan and provides feedback to improve CPC tools and processes. The position manages hiring, terminations, coaching, skills development, and performance management. It collaborates with stakeholders to offer insight and recommendations for process improvements, and leads complex projects aligned with strategic objectives, including project planning, resource management, and maintaining timelines and budgets. Other duties may be assigned. The position is domiciled in Sacramento and covers Stockton and part of Fremont.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Five years of business experience, including one year of management experience.
- Knowledge of FedEx field operations, features of service, systems, policies, and procedures.
- Strong basic management, human relations, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
