About The Position

Core & Main is seeking a hands-on, decisive leader who can delegate, solve problems, and communicate effectively with customers and team members. The role calls for analyzing reports and using data to make sound business decisions, setting clear expectations, and coaching and mentoring others. The position supports branch operations and requires attention to processes and procedures across sales, accounting, safety, human resources, and legal compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Distribution Center operations experience.
• Experience maintaining processes and procedures.

• Inventory management and purchasing experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Understanding of DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations while balancing hands-on work with delegating to others.
• Analyze reports and make business decisions based on data.
• Set clear expectations and coach and mentor team members.
• Help customers and the team solve problems and drive results.
• Maintain processes and procedures for sales, accounting, safety, HR, and legal compliance.
