About The Position

2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring seasonal Sales Specialist Floaters to represent Meta products in local big-box retailers within approximately 60 miles of the Fort Worth market center. The role involves demonstrating wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive experiences; engaging shoppers; and helping customers understand product features and benefits. Specialists also build relationships with retail associates and share information about Meta products, features, and promotions. Training and product certifications are provided remotely.

The position is temporary and seasonal, with work scheduled Friday through Sunday and 20 hours guaranteed per week. Weekly hours may vary, and the role includes on-call coverage. Additional shifts are added in November and December for key shopping days. The schedule lists Friday 4:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. The stated dates are now through January 3, 2027. Pay is $21 per hour plus a seasonal completion bonus. The posting also describes weekly, monthly, and quarterly incentives tied to demo engagement and sales performance. Bonus eligibility depends on attendance requirements, employee standing, and meeting KPIs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale.
• Customer-first experience mindset.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work weekends and a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts.
• Smartphone required, equivalent to an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25 or newer.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, lift up to 20 pounds occasionally, and perform continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation.
• Own reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing.
• Interest in technology, wearable AI, and/or virtual reality technology.

• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity while working toward individual and program performance goals.
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology.
