About The Position

2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring seasonal sales specialists to represent Meta products at retail locations within approximately 60 miles of the Fort Worth market center. The role involves demonstrating wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive experiences; engaging shoppers; and helping customers understand product features and benefits. Specialists also build relationships with store teams and inform and train associates on products, features, and promotions. Product and technology training is provided, including paid remote certifications. The position runs through January 3, 2027, and requires Friday-to-Sunday availability, with a minimum of six guaranteed hours per week and on-call coverage. Hours may vary, and additional shifts are added in November and December for key shopping days. The listed schedule is Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Pay is $21 per hour, with a seasonal completion bonus and potential weekly, monthly, and quarterly incentives. Bonus eligibility is contingent on attendance requirements, employee standing, and KPI achievement. Floaters may receive priority consideration for open positions in the market based on attendance, KPIs, and other factors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort engaging customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale.
• Customer-first service mindset.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work weekends and a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts.
• Smartphone equivalent to an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25 or newer.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, lift up to 20 pounds occasionally, and perform continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation.
• Reliable personal transportation.

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing.

• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity while working toward performance goals.
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology.
• Complete required product and technology certifications remotely.
