About The Position

Leadhub is a digital marketing agency focused on growing home service and trades businesses. The Meta Paid Manager owns Facebook and Instagram advertising across a portfolio of HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, and garage door clients, with performance measured by leads and revenue. This is an in-office role in San Antonio, working alongside the creative and media teams. The role focuses on Meta advertising rather than managing multiple advertising platforms.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience managing Meta ad campaigns with direct ownership of results; organic posting alone does not meet this requirement.
  • Expert working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Events Manager, and Business Manager.
  • Proven experience running Meta lead-generation campaigns, including Lead Ads, instant forms, and conversion campaigns that drive calls and form fills.
  • Strong command of paid media metrics, including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, frequency, and conversion rate.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, custom conversions, and attribution settings.
  • Experience managing monthly budgets across multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to catch and correct errors.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and explain why campaign performance changed.
  • Ability to work within established processes and account structures, follow the system, and flag when it needs updating.
  • Ability to identify the difference between creative that looks appealing and advertising that books jobs.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of accounts without losing accuracy.
  • Active use of AI tools in day-to-day work and understanding of where their output helps and needs checking.
  • Willingness to work in-office in San Antonio.
  • Meta Blueprint certification required or in progress.

Nice To Haves

  • Meta Certified Media Buying Professional certification is preferred.
  • Experience in home services, trades, or local service advertising.
  • Video editing capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor account performance daily and optimize bids, budgets, audiences, placements, and creative within established processes.
  • Build and quality-assure campaigns, ad sets, and ads according to Leadhub's account structure standards.
  • Structure local lead-generation campaigns, including Lead Ads with instant forms, Advantage+ campaigns, and service-area geo-targeting.

  • Set up and quality-assure Meta Pixel, Conversions API, custom conversions, and offline conversion uploads, protecting data integrity across accounts.
  • Track budget pacing and flag variances to the Media Director before they become problems.
  • Own the creative testing roadmap, selecting hooks, formats, and angles to test and deciding what to scale or discontinue based on results.
  • Write ad copy variations and data-informed creative briefs, including job site, before-and-after, and seasonal angles appropriate to each trade.
  • Review lead quality with account executives and adjust targeting, forms, and qualifying questions when leads do not become booked jobs.
  • Maintain compliance with Meta ad policies and resolve disapprovals, rejected ads, and account restrictions quickly.
  • Prepare clean, accurate performance reports for account executives to present to clients.
  • Document campaign changes, tests, and results consistently so account histories remain current and accessible.
  • Stay current on Meta platform updates, algorithm changes, and policy shifts.
  • Use AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to support daily work, including drafting ad copy, outlining creative briefs, and summarizing performance data; apply personal judgment to the outputs.
  • Escalate strategic questions, budget decisions, and performance anomalies to the Media Director with supporting data and a clear description of the issue.
