About The Position
Pathways for Life is hiring dependable drivers to transport adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to and from its day program. The role involves providing safe, reliable transportation and assisting members as needed. Schedules are available Monday through Friday and PRN (as needed), with shifts from 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
Requirements
- Valid Arizona Driver's License.
- Clean driving record.
- At least 18 years old.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport members to and from the Day Program.
- Conduct vehicle safety inspections.
- Assist members entering and exiting vehicles as needed.
- Maintain accurate transportation logs.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Follow all company and state transportation guidelines.
