About The Position

Pathways for Life is hiring dependable drivers to transport adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to and from its day program. The role involves helping members travel safely and assisting them with entering and exiting vehicles as needed. Drivers maintain transportation logs, conduct vehicle safety inspections, provide friendly and professional customer service, and follow company and state transportation guidelines. Available schedules are Monday through Friday and PRN (as needed), with shifts from 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.

Requirements

• Valid Arizona Driver's License.
• Clean driving record.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Be reliable and punctual.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport members to and from the Day Program.
• Conduct vehicle safety inspections.
• Assist members entering and exiting vehicles as needed.
• Maintain accurate transportation logs.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Follow all company and state transportation guidelines.
