About The Position
Pathways for Life is seeking compassionate and dependable Day Program Staff to work on an on-call, back-up, or as-needed basis. The role supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in daily activities and community engagement, while encouraging independence and personal growth. Staff build positive, respectful relationships, assist with behavior support strategies when needed, help maintain a safe and engaging day program environment, and transport members to and from activities using company vehicles as needed.
Requirements
- Be compassionate and patient.
- Have strong communication and observation skills.
- Have reliable and flexible availability.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid Arizona Driver's License.
- Have a clean driving record and pass a background check.
