About The Position

LADACIN is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professional/Drivers to join its Adult Day Program team in Monmouth County, New Jersey. The role supports adults with developmental and multiple physical disabilities by assisting with daily activities, community participation, and transportation needs. Training is available for serious applicants.

LADACIN is a nonprofit organization that has served people with developmental and physical disabilities for more than 75 years. Its mission is to provide educational, therapeutic, social, residential, and support services to infants, children, and adults with complex physical and developmental disabilities or delays. The organization emphasizes exceptional care and support, a respectful and supportive work environment, and employee work-life balance.

This is an in-person position. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekends. Full-time opportunities are available, and the posting also lists a sign-on bonus of $1,000 for full-time employees and $500 for part-time employees. The position is open until filled.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years old to drive.
• Ability to work collaboratively with individuals, families, and team members.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.

• Assist adults with developmental and multiple physical disabilities with daily activities.
