About The Position

The Merchandising Support Associate helps deliver a neat, clean, organized, and engaging shopping experience. The role supports the merchandise journey, including merchandising products on the floor; organizing merchandise for events; executing markdowns, vendor returns, re-ticketing projects, and replenishment; processing damaged merchandise; and maintaining organized product presentations and easy-to-navigate back-of-house stockrooms. The associate welcomes customers on the selling floor and works collaboratively with speed and attention to detail.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
Resourcefulness and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
May need to reach, crouch, kneel, stoop, distinguish colors, and climb ladders.
Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld electronic equipment.
Frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
