About The Position

Bloomingdale’s is seeking an energetic support associate to join its Stock team. The associate supports store operations and helps enhance the store’s service image by processing merchandise, fulfilling customer orders, and maintaining accurate pricing and promotional displays. The role offers exposure to new merchandise and opportunities to develop professional skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; no experience is required. The associate must be able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.

Ability to bend, lift, and carry merchandise as needed.
Ability to bend, reach, hear, and communicate as needed.
Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. as required.
Prolonged periods of sitting, with occasional standing and walking.
Continuous use of computers and standard office equipment.
Ability to keep an orderly workstation, follow safety regulations, demonstrate professional etiquette, and work as a team player.

Responsibilities

Receive, process, and stock merchandise in an organized and timely manner.
Accurately pick merchandise for customer fulfillment orders.
Maintain pricing and promotional accuracy on the sales floor, ensuring signage and merchandise are properly aligned.
Execute reverse logistics workload, including transfers, damages, and vendor returns, in accordance with company standards.
Maintain clean, neat, and safe stockrooms.
Communicate effectively to resolve inventory discrepancies.
Uphold Bloomingdale’s standards and operational procedures.
Follow company policies and safety regulations.
Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
