About The Position

Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit stores at various locations within an assigned territory. The role represents Falcon Farms in each store and involves working independently while collaborating with clients and local teams to create attractive floral displays and optimize inventory. The company provides a planned route and tools for store visits. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. The position pays $17.00 per hour. Availability during the peak season from November to May is required, including support for busy occasions such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
Internet access and a smartphone.
Availability to work during the peak season from November to May.
Ability to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder height.
Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

Keep flower displays clean, organized, and attractive.
Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
Use a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities.
Interact professionally and in a friendly manner with store employees, managers, and customers.
Prepare stores for increased floral demand during peak occasions, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
Help set up new displays and make inventory adjustments during department resets.
Support teammates with special activities when needed.
