About The Position

Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit various locations within an assigned territory and ensure floral products are displayed attractively and maintained to delight customers. The merchandiser represents Falcon Farms in each store, works independently while collaborating with local teams and clients, and receives a planned route and the tools needed for the role. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Pay is $16.50 per hour. The position includes paid training in flower handling, a mobile phone allowance, and transportation expense reimbursement per route. Medical, dental, and vision benefits are available to full-time employees. The role requires availability during peak season from November to May and additional support for key holidays including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas. Applicants must be at least 18, able to understand instructions in English, have reliable transportation, and have internet access and a smartphone. The hiring process includes E-Verify and submission of new employees' I-9 information to DHS for verification.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Keep flower displays immaculate and attractive.
• Restock and organize flowers and monitor inventory.
• Use a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and in a friendly manner with store employees, managers, and customers.
• Help prepare stores for increased demand during peak occasions, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
• Set up new displays and make inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Support teammates with special activities as needed.
