About The Position
Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit stores within an assigned territory and maintain attractive floral displays. The role represents Falcon Farms in each store, involves working independently while collaborating with local teams, and includes a planned route and tools provided by the company. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The position pays $16.50 per hour.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be able to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
- Have reliable transportation to assigned locations.
- Have internet access and a smartphone.
- Be available to work during peak season from November to May.
- Be able to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Be able to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder height.
- Be able to walk and stand for most of the shift.
Responsibilities
- Keep flower displays immaculate and attractive.
- Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
- Use a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities.
- Interact professionally and courteously with store employees, managers, and customers.
- Prepare stores for peak floral demand during Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
- Set up new displays and make inventory adjustments as needed.
- Support teammates with special activities when needed.
