About The Position

Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit assigned stores within a territory and ensure floral displays are attractive, well organized, and adequately stocked. The role represents Falcon Farms in stores, involves working independently while coordinating with local teams and clients, and includes communicating with a supervisor using a mobile device. A planned route and tools are provided. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Merchandisers may be needed during peak seasons, including November through May, and on key floral occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas. The position also assists with new display setups, inventory adjustments, and special team activities as needed. It involves frequent lifting and moving of boxes weighing up to 40 pounds, bending, stretching, reaching above shoulder level, and standing or walking for most of the shift.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
Internet access and a smartphone.
Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
Ability to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder level.
Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
Use a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities.
Interact professionally and in a friendly manner with store employees, managers, and customers.
Prepare stores for festive demand during key dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.
Participate in new display setups and inventory adjustments when necessary.
Support teammates with special activities when needed.
