About The Position

Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit assigned stores within a territory and ensure floral displays are attractive, well stocked, and organized. The role works independently while coordinating with local teams and communicating with a supervisor using a mobile device. The company provides a planned route and the tools needed for store visits. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 7:00 to 11:00 a.m. The position pays $18.00 per hour. Merchandisers may be needed during peak floral seasons, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, and must be available during the November-to-May peak season. The role also involves setting up new displays, making inventory adjustments, and helping teammates with special activities as needed.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
Internet access and a smartphone.
Availability to work during peak season from November to May.
Ability to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder level.
Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

Keep flower displays immaculate and attractive.
Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
Use a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities.
Interact professionally and in a friendly manner with store employees, managers, and customers.
Prepare stores for peak festive demand, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
Help set up new displays and make inventory adjustments when needed.
Support teammates with special activities when needed.
