About The Position

Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit stores at various locations within an assigned territory. The merchandiser represents Falcon Farms in each store, maintains attractive floral displays, monitors and replenishes inventory, and works professionally with client and store personnel. The position is performed independently while coordinating with local teams and supporting teammates when needed. A planned route and tools are provided. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Merchandisers must be available during peak season from November to May and help prepare stores for key floral occasions, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas. The role also involves setting up new displays and making inventory adjustments when necessary.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
Internet access and a smartphone.
Availability to work during peak season from November to May.
Ability to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder level.
Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

Keep flower displays immaculate and attractive.
Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
Use a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities.
Interact professionally and in a friendly manner with store employees, managers, and customers.
Prepare stores for peak demand during Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
Set up new displays and make inventory adjustments when necessary.
Support teammates with special activities when needed.
