About The Position

Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit stores within an assigned territory and ensure floral displays are attractive, organized, and well stocked. The merchandiser works independently while collaborating with local teams and clients, representing Falcon Farms in each store. The company provides a planned route and the tools needed for the role. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Pay is $16.00 per hour. The position requires availability during the peak season from November through May, including key seasonal dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas. Physical duties include frequently moving boxes weighing up to 40 pounds, bending, stretching, lifting products above shoulder height, and standing or walking for most of the shift.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
Internet access and a smartphone.
Availability to work during peak season from November to May.
Ability to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder height.
Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

Maintain clean, attractive flower displays.
Restock and organize flowers and monitor inventory.
Use a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities.
Interact professionally and courteously with store employees, managers, and customers.
Prepare stores for increased demand during peak dates, including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.
Help set up new displays and make inventory adjustments as needed.
Support teammates with special activities when needed.
