About The Position

Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to maintain floral displays and inventory at various stores within an assigned territory. The role involves working independently in stores while collaborating with clients and local teams. Falcon Farms provides a planned route and tools for the job. Merchandisers may also support store preparation for peak floral seasons and participate in display resets and inventory adjustments.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season from November to May.
• Ability to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder level.
• Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Keep flower displays immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and in a friendly manner with store employees, managers, and customers.
• Prepare stores for increased demand during peak dates, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
• Set up new displays and make inventory adjustments when needed.
• Support teammates with special activities when needed.
