About The Position
Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to maintain floral displays at various stores within an assigned territory. The role involves working independently while collaborating with store staff and local teammates to create attractive displays, manage inventory, and represent Falcon Farms professionally. The company provides a planned route and tools for the work. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., with availability required during the November-to-May peak season and key holidays including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
- Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
- Internet access and a smartphone.
- Availability to work during peak season from November to May.
- Ability to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder level.
- Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.
Responsibilities
- Keep flower displays immaculate and attractive.
- Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
- Use a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities.
- Interact professionally and in a friendly manner with store employees, managers, and customers.
- Prepare stores for peak demand during holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.
- Set up new displays and make inventory adjustments when necessary.
- Support teammates with special activities when needed.
