About The Position

Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit assigned stores within a territory and ensure floral displays are attractive, well stocked, and organized. The merchandiser represents Falcon Farms in stores, works independently while collaborating with local teams and clients, and communicates with a supervisor using a mobile device. A planned route and the tools needed for the role are provided. The position includes scheduled visits Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Seasonal support is required during peak dates, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas. The role also participates in department resets and inventory adjustments as needed.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
Internet access and a smartphone.
Availability to work during peak season from November to May.
Ability to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder level.
Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

Keep flower displays immaculate and attractive.
Restock and organize flowers and monitor inventory.
Use a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities.
Interact professionally and in a friendly manner with store employees, managers, and customers.
Prepare stores for increased demand during key festive seasons, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
Participate in setting up new displays and making inventory adjustments when necessary.
Support teammates with special activities when needed.
