Merchandiser - Floral (Multiple Locations) WATERTOWN II, WI
About The Position
Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit assigned stores within a territory and ensure floral displays are attractive, properly stocked, and organized. The merchandiser represents Falcon Farms in each store, works independently while coordinating with local teams, and communicates with a supervisor using a mobile device. The role includes helping stores prepare for seasonal demand, especially around Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, and participating in display resets and inventory adjustments as needed. A planned route and tools are provided.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be able to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
- Have reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
- Have internet access and a smartphone.
- Be available to work during peak season, November through May.
- Frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Be able to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder height.
- Walk and stand for most of the shift.
Responsibilities
- Keep flower displays immaculate and attractive.
- Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
- Use a mobile device to communicate with the supervisor and report activities.
- Interact professionally and courteously with store employees, managers, and customers.
- Prepare stores for peak demand during key dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.
- Help set up new displays and make inventory adjustments when necessary.
- Support teammates with special activities when needed.
