About The Position
Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit stores at various locations within an assigned territory. The merchandiser represents Falcon Farms in each store, working independently while coordinating with clients and local teams to create attractive floral displays and optimize inventory. The company provides a planned route and tools needed for store visits. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The role pays $17.00 per hour. Availability during the peak season from November to May is required, including support for seasonal demand around Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas. Physical work includes frequently moving boxes weighing up to 40 pounds, bending, stretching, lifting products above shoulder height, and standing or walking for most of the shift. Applicants must be at least 18, understand instructions in English, have reliable transportation, and have internet access and a smartphone. New employees’ I-9 information will be made available to DHS for verification as part of the company’s E-Verify process.

Responsibilities
- Keep flower displays immaculate and attractive.
- Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
- Use a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities.
- Interact professionally and in a friendly manner with store employees, managers, and customers.
- Prepare stores for peak demand during Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.
- Participate in setting up new displays and making inventory adjustments when necessary.
- Support teammates with special activities when needed.
