About The Position

Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit stores at various locations within an assigned territory. The merchandiser represents Falcon Farms in each store, works independently while collaborating with local teams and clients, and ensures floral displays are attractive and inventory is organized and monitored. Falcon Farms provides a planned route and the tools needed for the role. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Pay is $17.00 per hour. The role includes physical activity such as frequently moving boxes weighing up to 40 pounds, bending, stretching, lifting products above shoulder level, and walking or standing for most of the shift. Merchandisers may be needed during peak floral seasons, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, and must be available during the November-to-May peak season.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
Internet access and a smartphone.
Availability to work during peak season, November through May.
Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder level.
Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

Keep flower displays immaculate and attractive.
Restock and organize flowers and monitor inventory.
Use a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities.
Interact professionally and in a friendly manner with store employees, managers, and customers.
Prepare stores for festive demand during key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
Set up new displays and make inventory adjustments when necessary.
Support teammates with special activities when needed.
