About The Position

The Merchandiser provides high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands at retail stores in an assigned territory covering Forest Park, Rex, Stockbridge, Lake City, Jonesboro, Morrow, and surrounding areas in Georgia. The role stocks and displays products on shelves and in coolers at large accounts. Merchandisers report directly to their assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be required to cover routes as assigned. They use a personal vehicle to travel between stores but do not transport products, which are delivered to stores in advance. A company-issued phone with an app is provided for clocking in and out and tracking mileage for reimbursement. This is a full-time role with five scheduled shifts per week, starting at 6:00 a.m. and continuing until work is finished. Wednesdays and Saturdays are scheduled days off; weekend work is required, and schedule flexibility is expected. The role involves frequent physical activity, including lifting, pushing, and pulling product cases.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
Ability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
Valid driver's license.
Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
Proof of vehicle insurance.
Self-motivation and a customer-service-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and interact with people at work.
Comfort with active work and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Stock and display Keurig Dr Pepper products on shelves and in coolers at large retail accounts.
Travel between assigned stores in the territory using a personal vehicle.
