About The Position

Swire Coca-Cola Merchandisers ensure customer locations are properly stocked and rotated according to company standards. The role supports customer satisfaction by maintaining back rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers, and other points of product availability throughout assigned stores. Merchandisers build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers while representing Swire Coca-Cola. The schedule is 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., five 8-hour shifts, with weekends required and overtime as needed. The listed pay is $23.25 per hour, with a possible bonus structure dependent on role. Merchandisers use their own reliable vehicle to travel to stores on local routes; they are not responsible for transporting company products. Mileage reimbursement is offered.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
Must have access to a reliable vehicle for travel to stores on assigned routes and maintain business-use vehicle insurance.
Must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

Use required technology and applications throughout the workday.
Clean and organize shelves and aisles daily using customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers.
Restock coolers, displays, racks, and shelves daily, with labels facing outward.
Rotate products using a first-in, first-out system to ensure product quality.
Build displays and promotional items in assigned stores by moving, stacking, and assembling items according to instructions and schedules from the supervisor and store management.
Maintain and organize back rooms and back-stock areas so they are safely accessible.
Prepare credited products that are unfit for sale for return within assigned stores each day.
Attend assigned meetings and assist with special projects and events.
