About The Position

This project-based merchandising role helps ensure products and displays are visually appealing, attract shoppers, and meet planogram requirements. The role also involves building relationships with retail store managers and associates. Assignments are available nationwide, with travel across multiple store locations in a designated area. Projects can range from 0 to 40 hours per week based on volume. Some projects allow schedule flexibility, and occasional evening or weekend shifts are encouraged. The position is paid at $18.00 per hour and is W-2 employment.

Requirements

Have reliable personal transportation to travel 30 to 60 miles to multiple locations in the designated area; some positions may require farther travel depending on the market.
Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and the Channel Partners management team.
Be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb, and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Be able to read diagrams or instructions, process instructions, and use hand tools as necessary.
Be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Perform merchandising activities such as planogram implementations, resets, display setups, product cut-ins, audits, shelf stocking, light dusting and cleaning after completed sets, retagging, and product rotation.
Help ensure store appearance and merchandise displays align with planograms.
Accurately report daily hours worked through an online portal accessible by smartphone, computer, or tablet.
Maintain retailer-specific online certifications as needed.
Photograph completed assignments and report them to the District Manager.
Partner with and build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours.
Adapt to changing work schedules, including occasional evening or weekend shifts.
