About The Position

The Merchandiser provides high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands at retail stores in an assigned territory covering New Caney, Humble, Kingwood, North Houston, Spring, Texas, and surrounding areas. The role stocks and displays products on shelves and in coolers at large accounts. Merchandisers report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be asked to cover assigned routes. They use their personal vehicle to travel between stores but do not transport products, which are delivered to the stores in advance. A company-issued phone with an app is provided for clocking in and out and tracking mileage for reimbursement. This is a full-time position with five scheduled shifts per week, beginning at 6:30 a.m. and continuing until work is finished. Weekend work is required, with days off during the week, and overtime may be needed. The work is active and involves repeatedly lifting, pushing, and pulling product cases. The role suits a self-motivated, customer-service-oriented person who can work independently in a fast-paced environment and enjoys interacting with others. Attention to detail and pride in work are important.

Requirements

Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to repeatedly push and pull up to 100 pounds.
Valid driver's license.
Proof of vehicle insurance.
Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
Ability to work five scheduled shifts per week, including weekends, with days off during the week.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Stock and display Keurig Dr Pepper products on shelves and in coolers at large retail accounts.
Provide merchandising support to stores within the assigned territory.
