As a Hallmark Merchandiser, you work independently in assigned retail stores to organize, restock, and monitor Hallmark products, maintain displays and inventory, and build professional relationships with store teams. You use a Hallmark-provided mobile device for daily merchandising tasks, communication, time reporting, feedback, and surveys. The role includes regular service work, increased hours and possible holiday work during seasonal periods, and occasional team assignments for installations, department relocations, and resets. You may also support other merchandisers in their territories and, on occasion, work with other companies’ products in stores you service. This is a part-time role with a variable weekday schedule averaging 13–16 hours per week. Additional days or extended hours may be needed around holidays and for seasonal changeovers, installations, and inventory support. Some assignments may take place evenings or weekends. Starting pay is $16.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Hallmark provides paid hands-on and virtual training; eligible employees receive annual pay increases. Part-time employees working fewer than 30 hours have access to voluntary benefits. The work takes place on retail selling floors and in back stockrooms and is physically demanding. Employees must frequently push, pull, lift, and carry items up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds, and may need to kneel, squat, walk, stand, and climb stairs or step ladders.
