About The Position

As a part-time Merchandiser, you will drive store sales and loyalty by helping ensure an exceptional customer experience through a well-merchandised, visually engaging, brand-appropriate store environment. You will work with store leadership and regional merchandising partners to carry out merchandising directives, maintain visual standards, respond to sell-through, and keep the styling floor and sale section appropriately merchandised. The role is based at the Utica Square store in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

• Visual merchandising retail experience specifically in women’s clothing.
• Ability to climb a ladder as needed.
• Ability to lift 20–30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through EVEREVE’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
• Execute weekly and monthly merchandising directives in partnership with store leadership and the Regional Merchandise Manager/Director.
• Implement visual strategies that drive sales, create brand consistency, and improve the customer experience.
• Work with the leadership team to ensure visual standards are upheld throughout the day and week as a shared team responsibility.
• Respond to sell-through and replenish the styling floor, focusing on outfitting and floorset integrity.
• Partner with the Inventory Specialist to execute markdowns, re-merchandise the styling floor, and expand or condense the sale section as needed.
