About The Position

EVEREVE is a fashion retailer offering curated trends from more than 150 brands through its stores, e-commerce business, and Trendsend subscription service. They check incoming orders, select products from store inventory, and process orders for shipment, in-store pickup, or curbside pickup. They help ensure orders are handled efficiently and on time, and support inventory and styling teams with shipment processing, replenishment, or store recovery tasks as order fulfillment needs change. The role requires maintaining a productivity standard of five minutes per unit.

Responsibilities

Develop proficiency with company point-of-sale and order-creation systems.
Process customer orders efficiently and maintain a productivity standard of five minutes per unit.
Pull and package in-store pickup orders, including orders needed by customers, so the styling floor team can focus on customer styling.
Assist the store’s Inventory Specialist with shipment processing, replenishment, and store recovery tasks.
Support shipment, replenishment, or recovery tasks for the Styling Team when order fulfillment volume is low.
