The Broista is the customer-facing representative of Dutch Bros Coffee, delivering friendly, high-energy service in a fast-paced shop. The role involves connecting with customers, helping them choose from the menu, preparing quality drinks quickly, and supporting the crew during busy shifts. Broistas keep their workspace clean, follow food safety standards, and reliably attend scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings. The position is physically demanding, may involve shifts of up to 10 hours, working outdoors in varying weather, and lifting or carrying up to 65 pounds. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests.
