About The Position

Jacent is seeking a Merchandiser to place products, build displays, and work with store personnel in local stores. Merchandisers work independently and with teams to deliver merchandising services, build relationships with in-store management, and support retail execution. The role offers daytime hours, a predictable schedule, paid training, mileage and travel time paid between stores, cell phone reimbursement, and advancement opportunities. New hires in eligible requisitions receive a $500 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments after 60 days and 120 days of continuous employment. This position is for 5 hours per week and requires the employee to reside within 20 miles of Dubuque, Iowa.

Requirements

• Reside within 20 miles of Dubuque, IA 52001.
• Be able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation: standing and walking for 3–8 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements.
• Possess excellent organizational skills.
• Communicate effectively and build relationships with business partners.
• Be a self-starter and quick learner who can work independently and in a team setting.
• Be comfortable in changing environments.

Responsibilities
