About The Position

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Merchandiser to travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets along assigned routes in the Clovis, Fresno, and surrounding communities. The role ensures products are stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly. Merchandisers transport products between backrooms and display floors, organize backstock, and use company-issued technology and systems to support routing, account monitoring, and merchandising documentation. The position is full-time, begins early in the morning, and requires weekend availability. Compensation is $26.00 per hour plus mileage reimbursement.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Have reliable personal automobile transportation.
• Maintain an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Maintain auto insurance coverage meeting minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Be able to lift, push, and pull products weighing 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Have 0 to 6 months or more of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets along assigned routes to ensure products are stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly.
• Transport products between backrooms and display floors using manual equipment such as a pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts in company systems and upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.
