About The Position

The Merchandiser Lead covers multiple routes and sustains exceptional customer service for Keurig Dr Pepper brands at retail stores within an assigned territory. The role serves Akron, Parma, and surrounding areas and is responsible for an area equivalent to three standard merchandising routes. The lead handles most swing merchandising needs, follows the merchandising team's four-week training schedule with new hires, trains merchandisers on best practices, and briefs frontline employees on scheduling and meetings.

This is a full-time position with five scheduled shifts per week, starting at 7:00 a.m. and continuing until the work is finished. Weekends and holidays are required, with days off falling during the week. Overtime may be needed. Starting pay is $22.91 per hour.

Requirements

• At least one year of customer service experience, including resolving customer issues, maintaining effective communication with store managers, and responding to customer requests.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to push and pull up to 100 pounds repeatedly.
• Valid driver's license.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers, and displays with Keurig Dr Pepper brands in retail stores.
• Partner with Sales Representatives and Managers to coordinate delivery and merchandising schedules.
• Build effective relationships with store personnel to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
• Identify incremental sales opportunities for Sales Representatives to pursue.
• Provide feedback on competitor activities and best practices.
• Cover routes and provide sales and/or merchandising services as assigned.
• Work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Follow the four-week training schedule established for merchandising team new hires.
• Handle the majority of swing merchandising needs.
• Train merchandisers on best practices and help them grow.
• Brief frontline employees on scheduling and meetings.
• Cover an area equivalent to three normal merchandising routes.
