About The Position

The Lead Merchandiser travels to accounts along assigned routes to confirm that products are stocked, rotated, displayed, and maintained appropriately. The role assists with training new merchandisers, provides route coverage as needed, and conducts go-behind supervision to verify that accounts are serviced correctly. The Lead Merchandiser also uses company-issued technology to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos, and maintain accurate account-execution records. Other projects or duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• At least 7 months of general work experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum legal age requirement in the applicable state.
• Reliable personal automobile transportation.
• Maintain an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Maintain auto insurance coverage meeting minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, and pull 25 to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 170 pounds when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks and loading tools.
