About The Position

Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to maintain floral displays at stores across an assigned territory. The merchandiser represents Falcon Farms in each store, works directly with clients, and may work independently while coordinating with local teams. Falcon Farms provides a planned route and tools for the role.

The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 12:10 p.m., and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Pay is $17.00 per hour. Availability during the peak season from November to May is required, including support for holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season from November to May.
• Ability to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder level.
• Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Keep flower displays clean, attractive, and well presented.
• Restock and organize flowers and monitor inventory.
• Use a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and courteously with store employees, managers, and customers.
• Help prepare stores for increased demand during peak holidays and festive seasons.
• Set up new displays and make inventory adjustments when needed.
• Work independently and support teammates with special activities when needed.
