About The Position

Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit assigned stores within a territory, maintain attractive floral displays, and help ensure flower inventory is organized and available to customers. The role works independently while coordinating with local teams and communicating with a supervisor using a mobile device. A planned route and tools are provided. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 11:30 AM, and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM. The position pays $18.00 per hour. Merchandisers may be needed during peak seasons, including November through May, and on key floral occasions such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
Internet access and a smartphone.
Availability to work during peak season from November to May.
Ability to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder height.
Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

Keep flower displays immaculate and attractive.
Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
Use a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities.
Interact professionally and in a friendly manner with employees, managers, and customers.
Prepare stores for increased demand during Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
Participate in setting up new displays and making inventory adjustments when necessary.
Support teammates with special activities when needed.
