About The Position

Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to service various locations within an assigned territory. The merchandiser represents Falcon Farms in each store, works independently while collaborating with local teams, and ensures floral displays are attractive and inventory is optimized. A planned route and the tools needed to complete store visits are provided. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The role pays $19.00 per hour. The position includes physical tasks such as frequently lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 40 pounds, bending, stretching, lifting products above shoulder height, and standing and walking for most of the shift. Availability during peak season, November through May, is required.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
Internet access and a smartphone.
Availability to work during peak season, November through May.
Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above the shoulders.
Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

Keep flower displays immaculate and attractive.
Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
Use a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities.
Interact professionally and in a friendly manner with store employees, managers, and customers.
Prepare stores for peak demand during Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
Set up new displays and make inventory adjustments when necessary.
Support teammates with special activities when needed.
