About The Position

Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit various stores within an assigned territory and ensure floral products are attractively displayed and inventory is maintained. The role works independently while collaborating with store personnel and local teammates. Falcon Farms provides a planned route and the tools needed to complete store visits. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The position pays $16.00 per hour. Merchandisers may be needed during peak seasons, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, and must be available during the peak season from November to May.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
Internet access and a smartphone.
Availability to work during peak season from November to May.
Ability to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder height.
Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

Keep flower displays immaculate and attractive.
Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
Use a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities.
Interact professionally and in a friendly manner with employees, managers, and customers.
Prepare stores for increased festive-season demand, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
Help set up new displays and make inventory adjustments during department resets.
Support teammates with special activities when needed.
