About The Position

The Merchandiser Floater works independently in assigned retail stores to maintain Hallmark product displays and inventory, build relationships with store teams, and support fellow merchandisers with seasonal resets and installations. Starting pay is $15.00–$17.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Paid training is provided through hands-on instruction and virtual classroom training.
