About The Position

As a part-time Hallmark Merchandiser Floater, you work independently in the Hallmark departments of various retail stores, serving as the face of Hallmark and building relationships with store teams. You optimize product placement, maintain inventory, and support coworkers with seasonal resets and installations. On occasion, you may work with other companies’ products in the stores you service. The role includes day-to-day merchandising, seasonal holiday support, and department resets. Using a Hallmark-provided mobile device, you restock, organize, and monitor products, communicate with your supervisor, report time, provide feedback, and complete required surveys. You are responsible for the Hallmark product displays at your assigned stores and interact professionally with store employees, management, and customers. The schedule is variable during the work week, averaging up to 20 hours per week. Additional days and extended hours may be needed around major holidays, and holiday or weekend work may be required on occasion. Reset assignments may involve evenings or weekends, with remodel assignments typically communicated two weeks in advance. The position requires travel between assigned stores and physically demanding work on selling floors and in back stockrooms. Starting pay is $13.00–$15.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Hallmark provides paid training through live, hands-on instruction and virtual classroom training. Part-time employees may have access to voluntary benefits, and eligible employees receive annual pay increases.
