About The Position

Hallmark is hiring a part-time Reset Merchandiser Floater in Parma, Ohio. The role supports local retail store teams and Hallmark colleagues with new store installations, resets and remodels, and seasonal installations. Merchandisers work independently and collaboratively, represent Hallmark in stores, build retailer relationships, and help optimize product placement and maintain inventory. The position may occasionally involve other products from companies Hallmark services. Work is scheduled in advance across assigned accounts. Duties include removing products and trash, dismantling and assembling fixtures, and displaying products, from small display resets to department-wide installations. An on-site Installation Supervisor typically assigns tasks. Employees must live within the assigned service area and have reliable transportation to travel among stores.
