As a Merchandiser Floater, you work independently in retail stores to showcase organizational and time-management skills, establish retailer relationships, and represent Hallmark. You collaborate with store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory, and support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations as needed. On occasion, you may work with products from other companies in the stores you service. You perform service work in Hallmark departments at grocery, drug, department, and mass retail stores. The role includes restocking, organizing, and monitoring Hallmark inventory and displays; using a Hallmark-provided mobile device for work tasks and communication; supporting increased seasonal demand around holidays; and assisting with fixture installations, department relocations, and resets. You may also support other merchandisers in their territories. This is a part-time position averaging up to 10 hours per week, with a variable weekday schedule. Availability before and after major holidays is required and may include weekends. Additional days or extended hours may be needed around holidays, and some holiday or department-reset work may take place on the holiday itself, evenings, or weekends. The starting pay is $15.00–$17.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Paid training is provided.
