About The Position

As a part-time Hallmark Merchandiser, you work independently in assigned retail stores to maintain and showcase Hallmark products, build relationships with store teams, and represent Hallmark. You collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and inventory, and may support other merchandisers with seasonal resets and installations. On occasion, the role may involve working with products from other companies in the stores you service. The role includes day-to-day merchandising, seasonal holiday support, and department resets. You restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark inventory and displays, using a Hallmark-provided mobile device for work tasks and communications. Holiday periods may bring additional workdays and extended hours. Reset assignments may involve installing fixtures, relocating departments and products, and resetting card sections; some assignments may take place in the evening or on weekends. The position involves working on retail selling floors and in back stockrooms and is physically demanding.
