About The Position

ADI Global Distribution is hiring a Merchandise Shipping/Receiving Associate to support store operations and customer service. The role handles invoices, returns, replenishment shipments, store stock and sales literature, event displays, inventory checks, order preparation and shipping, and store transfers, including accurate completion of associated paperwork. The associate also supports Will Call, stocks and organizes the store and warehouse, helps with physical inventory, and maintains a clean and safe work environment while providing service to internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Previous shipping, receiving, or inventory experience.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 75 pounds with assistance.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without close supervision, while maintaining a team mentality.
• Ability to learn quickly and demonstrated multitasking capabilities.
• Strong work ethic and a get-the-job-done approach while maintaining high business ethical standards.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse or merchandising experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization, time-management, and basic math skills.
• Previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete invoices and process returns.
• Receive and process replenishment shipments.
• Maintain store stock, sales literature, and event displays.
• Conduct inventory checks and assist with physical inventory.
• Prepare and ship orders and store transfers, and accurately complete associated paperwork.
• Maintain and support Will Call.
• Stock the sales floor to enhance the customer experience.
• Organize the warehouse so products are easy to locate.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
• Support other duties as assigned.
