About The Position

The Merchandise Pricer prices donated products to meet production standards and store sales goals, and selects quality donated products within Goodwill stores for E-Commerce. The role promotes and adheres to Goodwill-Easter Seals’ mission and values. The position supports weekly production goals, maintains in-stock inventory levels, and contributes to E-Commerce goals by delivering high-quality, salable products at the right time. It follows store policies, procedures, and directives; provides welcoming, high-quality customer service; helps create a work environment where participants can train and develop toward their goals; and contributes to a safe environment for employees and customers. The position is part-time, typically up to 20 hours per week. The stated pay range is $16.06–$22.09 per hour. Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota retail locations have no overnight or late closing shifts and limited holiday hours, and are closed on New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
