About The Position

The Merchandise Pricer prices donated products to meet store production standards and sales goals, and selects quality donated products within Goodwill stores to support e-commerce goals. The role promotes and adheres to Goodwill-Easter Seals’ mission and values. The position supports weekly production goals and inventory levels by ensuring high-quality, saleable products are prepared at the right time. It follows store policies, procedures, and directives; provides a welcoming customer experience; helps create a work environment where program participants can train and develop toward their goals; and contributes to a safe environment for employees and customers. This is a part-time position with a typical schedule of up to 20 hours per week. The listed pay range is $16.06–$22.09 per hour. Retail locations are closed on New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. The employer describes limited holiday hours and no overnight or late closing shifts.

Responsibilities

Price donated products to meet production standards and store sales goals.
